About the venue:
TOG 2010 will be held at the Tripoli International Fairground, located in the commercial centre of Tripoli, situated conveniently adjacent to many of the city’s major hotels. The venue is well suited for TOG 2010, comprising of a recently refurbished conference theatre, the latest audio visual materials, and a variety of rooms, ideal for break out and parallel sessions. The large exhibition area surrounding it, will allow for many companies to participate in the TOG 2010 exhibition to facilitate the rising demand for space.
Tripoli is a modern, cosmopolitan city yet at the same time it is decorated with memories of the past; you will find Italian architecture, Roman arches and medieval bazaars, nestling in the background of modern office blocks. Tripoli boasts restaurants of all cuisines and the standard is always excellent. If you have time, do not miss out on exploring Tripoli old town or taking a short tour to some of the world’s best preserved Roman ruins at Leptis Magna and Sabratha.
