1- Full Participants: are eligible to all forum events and benefits. Seminars, workshops, field trips and site seeing excursions, are charged separately and not included in the shown fees.

2- Partial Participation: does not include gala dinner, Libyan night and speaker luncheon. However, it does include the opening reception, snacks and coffee brakes. Principal Authors will be charged partial participation rates and treated as full participants. Only one principal author per paper is allowed.

3- Youth Forum (YF) Participation: is restricted to undergraduate students from universities and high institutes. This category has the same privileges as for partial participation. Youth Forum authors will be charged YF participants rate and treated as full participants. Financing opportunity for limited number of students is available. All students who fill the registration form will be candidates for benefiting from this opportunity.

4- Early payment rates: are applicable to remittance received not later than 11^th September, 2010.

5- Late payment rates: will be applied to all remittances received after 11^th September, 2010 and before 4th October, 2010.

6- On site payment rates: will be applied to all remittances received after 4^th October, 2010.

7- Group registration: For company delegations only. The first 5 members will be charged regular rate .The 6thto the 15thmembers will be granted 10% discount. The 16th &above members will be granted 20% discount.

8- Accompanied persons: will be charged the full fee as the forum attendee they are accompanying and they will be eligible for the same privileges. In this case, they have to pay extra charge for any sightseeing excursion they choose to join. Otherwise, they may choose to attend the welcome reception only and join one sightseeing excursion free of charge. In this case they will be charged 70% the partial attendance rate only.
