ABSTRACTS

Every technical paper must be preceded by an abstract. The abstract has to present the main subject of the paper. The abstract and the full manuscript have to be submitted in English Language.

Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word 97-2003 or Microsoft Office Word 2007 format on an A4 (210X297 mm) size page, with a 30 mm space at the top, 25 mm on the left, right and bottom margins. Using Arial font size 11, an abstract should not exceed two pages in length, including references, and figures.

Charts should be placed within the text and link to the source Excel file or send separate as an Excel file with a clear reference to their location in the body text. Photos should be placed within the text and should not be less than 300dpi. Plates will not be accepted.

The review commission will evaluate the abstract submitted to the conference. The authors of the accepted abstract will be informed by e-mail and invited to present the full paper.

Abstracts should be compressed in a WinZip file, attached to an e-mail and sent to the Scientific Committee email tog-sci@libyatog.com. Please fill the online registration form prior to emailing the abstract. Please also write the registration number given to you in the response email on top of the first page of your abstract. One hard copy of the abstract is required to be delivered or faxed to the following address:

For inclusion in the abstract volume, authors of oral and poster presentations must submit an abstract by the cut-off deadline of AUG 20, 2010. For technical reasons, we would, however, appreciate earlier submission.
